Bank of Singapore – St Petersburg client appreciation

We created the ultimate ‘money-can’t-buy’ World Cup experience for the 20 UHNW clients from Bank of Singapore’s global database for the client appreciation.

Idea

Rebel & Soul were briefed to plan the ultimate World Cup experience for the 20 UHNW clients from Bank of Singapore’s global database – who were already attending the World Cup semi finals. Our idea? Provide money-can’t-buy VIP experiences not available off the shelf that appeal to a variety of cultures.

Approach

We leveraged our key relationships in St. Petersburg to curate the ultimate itinerary with options for everyone to enjoy. We arranged bespoke and personalised gifting, closed down the Hermitage for a welcome reception for VIPs, curated the ultimate vodka caviar cellar experience, and gave guests the opportunity to experience the traditional Russian rituals and partake in cosack dancing. We shut down one of the top destinations in St Petersburg and arranged the live screening of the second semi final for guests to enjoy. Guests experienced the first semi final live from the highest VIP hospitality suite. We delivered highly personalised experiences, logistics and concierge execution for our guests, assisting with visa arrangements and managing all on ground logistics, transport, hotel bookings and itinerary curation.
